My Hero Academia Filler Episodes Recapped
Hero Notebook

Episode # (Series): 13.5
Season: 2
There is no point in watching this recap episode of Season 1 if you already watched the first season and plan on binge-watching the rest of the series.
Recap episodes tend to be unimportant, and Hero Notebook is no different.
You should only watch this if, for some reason, you watched Season 1 a long time ago and forgot what happened while refusing to re-watch it all.
Game Start

Episode # (Series): 39
Season: 3
While the 39th episode in the series contains content not found in the original manga, it unfortunately isn’t all that relevant to the plot.
You get to see Class 1-A’s boys swim and goof around while the girls play volleyball. All Might also talks about League of Villains a bit, but his dialogue is unimportant.
Special Episode: Save the World With Love!

Episode # (Series): 58
Season: 3
In this episode, My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, is advertised. You don’t have to understand the relevant anime plots in order to enjoy the movie.
Additionally, viewers don’t need to watch this episode in order to enjoy the film.
Since it’s the 20th episode of Season 3, it breaks up the flow; so feel free skip it and move on
The Scoop on U.A. Class 1-A

Episode # (Series): 64
Season: 4
The first-years of Class 1-A are interviewed by Taneo, and he realizes that Deku is All Might’s successor. However, instead of telling anyone, he keeps it to himself.
The episode wasn’t terrible, but it doesn’t do anything for advancing the story of My Hero Academia.
Long Time No See, Selkie

Episode # (Series): 104
Season: 5
This episode is both a fun treat for diehard fans and an introduction to My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission. Just like with Special Episode: Save the World With Love!, you don’t need to watch this episode to enjoy the movie.
