Spoilers! With The Seven Warlords having been disbanded, many of the strongest pirates are now fleeing from the Marines during the Reverie arc.

Recently, former warlord Trafalgar D. Water Law showed his awakening by defeating Big Mom in the raid on Onigashima–this indicates that there is a noticeable gap between the abilities of stronger and weaker Warlords.

Are One Piece Strongest Warlords Ranked By Power?

Short answer, No.

Although many people think otherwise, having power does not always mean that the person is strong. In fact, it could be argued that it shows how notorious they are instead.

He ate Ope Ope no Mi devil fruit, which is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants the ability to manifest a spherical space in which the user can manipulate the orientation, movements, and physical configuration of anything and anyone (themselves included).
